This website describes services and proposed offerings. Your accepted quote and applicable agreement define scope, inclusions, payment and responsibilities. An enquiry does not place an order or reserve stock.

Prices are in Australian dollars. GST treatment is shown alongside prices and confirmed in your quote or at checkout. SimpleSite launch plans are published in advance of availability. Hardware prices depend on suppliers, stock, compatibility and quotation validity. Confirm the final price and billing details in the Client Area before placing an order.

Automated management is separate from technical support labour. Allowances are per organisation; unused hours do not roll over. Advanced includes four support hours per organisation per month. After-hours or urgent support is $180 per hour including GST, subject to availability and your service terms. Projects and major changes are separately quoted.

Manufacturer terms govern hardware warranty. Communications supplier terms govern coverage and availability. Certificate validation and issuance follow supplier requirements. The website creates no additional uptime, response or repair-completion guarantee.

Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law. These public service terms require business and legal review before deployment. Product-specific agreements are supplied with the applicable quote or order.
